ELMIRA, N.Y.- The Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League is proud to announce that the Elmira Pioneers and Historic Dunn Field will host the 2018 All-Star Game presented by Hilliard Corporation and STCF on July 18th in Elmira, New York.

UTICA, N.Y.- A new era in summer collegiate baseball in Upstate New York is on the horizon. After an extensive four-month-long search process, the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League (PGCBL) is thrilled to announce that Robert Julian, former President of the New York-Penn League, has been named its next President & General Counsel and that Joe Milazzo, current head baseball coach at Utica College, has been tabbed the league’s Vice President.
