On Thursday night the Saugerties Stallions played against the Adirondack Trailblazers. Saugerties starting pitcher John Clayton (UAlbany) threw six shutout innings, earning the win in the effort.

Saugerties, NY- Trying to regain their winning ways, the Saugerties Stallions hosted the defending champion Amsterdam Mohawks on Sunday night. Saugerties fell down early and were never able to fully recover.

The Elmira Pioneers (1-1) did not disappoint their fans in the home opener at a packed Dunn Field as they picked up a 15-12 victory over the visiting Saugerties Stallions (0-2).
