Summary:
The Stallions lost for the first time this season, losing Wednesday’s game to the Mohawk Valley Diamond Dawgs, 5-4. The Stallions scored in the 1st with an RBI single from Nick Croce, but the Diamond Dawgs immediately tied the game on an RBI hit-by-pitch in the bottom half of the same inning. The Stallions later jumped to a 3-1 lead in the fourth, but the Diamond Dawgs fought their way back, tying the game in the 7th and forcing extra innings. The Dawgs later scored two in the bottom of the 10th to take Wednesday’s win.

Game Conclusion:
Despite the first loss of the season, the Stallions return to Cantine Field on Wednesday and have an immediate opportunity to forget Tuesday’s loss and record another win at home when they take on the Glens Falls Dragons for the second time this season. The Stallions defeated the Dragons in the first game of the season, 12-2.
